| The capping machines of the STAR PS PK line are suitable to treat pressure caps to be distributed with pick & place system, such as "T" caps, Push-Lock caps, pressure caps with or without tamper-proof seal etc. |

| Depending on the type of closure, the cap can be picked: with retractable sectors, jaw positive grip, vacuum system, pins under spring or in the case of metal caps with magnets. |
|

| The machine shown in the photo gallery is equipped with eight capping heads with a vacuum gripper system for plastic caps; quick release chucks can work different formats. In this case vacuum is created by an oil pump which ensures a high degree of aspiration; in other cases vacuum generators with Venturi technology are used, with a small consumption of compressed air they ensure an excellent performance. |

| Caps can be fed by using feeders placed over the capping turret or, as in the photo example, through an alveolar feeder laterally positioned and completed by an elevator that ensures a great production endurance. |
