| All parts that may come into contact with the product are made in stainless steel; the caps feeding systems can be vibrating or centrifugal; correctly oriented caps are conveyed directly into the capping matrix that thanks to the correct dimensioning of the axial load ensures the perfect closing of glass bottles. |

The STAR ONE CR range is suitable for productions of 3.200 bottles/hour max. and can be equipped with injection stations of nitrogen, CO2, foaming agents for beer or product levellers.
Special applications have been realized for this series too such as, for example, crown closures on aluminium bottles or semiautomatic table cappers for small productions. |
