| The containers are transferred by means of Brushless systems, as is filling valve movement. This ensures high precision and reliability; use together with an electronic filling system, specific for the EVO model, enables the machine user to create personalised recipes for a range of different products without the need for expensive and time-consuming size changeovers. In the case of the EVO model, dosing is controlled by Touch Screen-programmable electromagnetic or mass flow-meters which ensure reproducibility and precision even in the case of small dosing quantities. |

| The capping station of the EVO model, with star transfer, features a pick and place system with power control of the capping head and allows working with pre-threaded or pressure caps with simple size changeovers.The caps are distributed by means of a stainless-steel orientator which continuously feeds a drop channel made using the most modern numeric-control cutting systems, complete with UV germicide lamp to once again ensure utmost sterilization. |

| The entire STEELBLOCK series features a Touch Screen management system with fault diagnosis, which enables the user to immediately identify the cause of an error or malfunction and promptly take action to restore the production cycle. The control system can be completed with a remote-assistance module which, in case of need, enables our technical assistance service to link up directly with the machine to check and, if possible, solve a number of problems. |
